Our Story.

Javim Gordon founded Gordon Financial LLC to support small businesses in their growth journey, helping them stay compliant while gaining valuable insights into their financial health. Through a blend of data analytics and financial expertise, Gordon Financial equips business owners with the clarity they need to make confident, informed decisions.

Growing up surrounded by entrepreneurial energy, Javim was inspired by the determination of local business owners. Yet he also noticed a common challenge—many lacked the financial discipline and knowledge to turn hard work into long-term success. That realization fueled his passion for building a firm dedicated to bridging that gap.

Javim earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University and brings nearly a decade of experience working with major banks, a Big 4 accounting firm, a Fortune 500 manufacturer, and a leading insurance company.

By combining technical expertise with a practical, approachable style, Javim founded Gordon Financial LLC to give business owners more than just numbers. His vision is to deliver insight, accountability, and guidance that make finance a tool for growth—not a barrier to it.
